Warranty for Bitcade Arcade Machines

Bitcade is proud to offer a standard 12-month warranty for all its arcade machines, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the arcade machine and is non-transferable.

An extended Warranty can be added as an optional extra to be covered up to a maximum 3-year period from the date of purchase. 

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship in the arcade machine, including but not limited to:
 • Hardware malfunctions
 • Display issues
 • Audio problems
 • Joystick or button malfunctions
 • Power supply problems
 • Software bugs

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
 • Normal wear and tear
 • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
 • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or alterations to software or hardware.
 • Damage caused by acts of nature (flood, fire, lightning, etc.)
 • Consumable items, such as batteries and light bulbs
 • Shipping costs associated with the replacement or repair of the arcade machine

Claiming Warranty
To claim a warranty, please contact Bitcade customer support at support@bitcade.co.uk. You will need to provide proof of purchase, as well as a description of the problem and any relevant serial numbers. Bitcade will then evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.

Warranty Disclaimer
The warranty provided by Bitcade is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Bitcade shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the arcade machine.

What Happens When My Warranty Coverage Runs Out?
Whilst thousands of our machines from our starting days in 2017 are running flawlessly to this day, we understand that sometimes technology and wear and tear parts have their blips, This is where we are still here to help! 

Just because your machine is out of warranty does not mean we are not able to help you repair or maintain your arcade. You can still contact our support channels and we will seek to repair your machine to the same ability that we would provide if it was in warranty, ran out of warranty or was in need of repair due to warranty exclusions such as accidental damage or usual wear and tear. 

Simply contact us at support@bitcade.co.uk with your order number and the issues you are facing with any supporting photos and videos and we will repair your machine in the most cost-effective manner possible. We only charge for the cost of the parts plus any shipping or time and expenses needed if an engineer has to visit.
